Robert M. Hanlon, Jr.

Robert M. Hanlon, Jr. is a partner in the firm's Princeton, New Jersey office. He is an active trial attorney who has tried cases to verdict in nine different states. He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, transportation, and catastrophic personal injury litigation. Mr. Hanlon represents a variety of automobile, truck and bus manufacturers, and he has tried cases involving design defect allegations related to roof structures, cruise control systems, transmissions, starter and shift interlocks, seats, brakes, and airbag systems. He serves as Regional Coordinating Counsel for a major trucking company and in that capacity he is responsible for overseeing and trying the company's catastrophic injury cases throughout the eastern United States.

Mr. Hanlon previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York from 1992-1996, during which time he tried felony cases as a member of the Violent Crimes Bureau. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and of the Products Liability Advisory Counsel. He has an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
