Michael D. Shalhoub is a trial lawyer who has resolved almost 100 cases at the trial stage, including a number of verdicts in products liability, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, coverage, construction accidents, and general liability matters. Mr. Shalhoub has been named to the New York Best Lawyers and the New York Super Lawyers for the past two years. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) - the voice of the defense bar, a past chair of DRI's Medical Liability and Health Care Law Committee and a past chair of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel's Drug, Medical Device and Biotechnology section.
