Allison Jaeger focuses her practice on the defense of commercial and general liability claims.
She brings exceptional insight to matters involving scientific and highly technical material, as well as strictly regulated industries, from her background in the field of pharmaceutical research. Before attending law school, Allison began her career as a regulatory manager at a Florida clinical research facility, where she worked to ensure clinical trials were conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration.
During law school, Allison was a clerk for Hon. Migna Sanchez-Llorens in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida’s Criminal Division, gained extensive experience handling various probate and commercial litigation cases while clerking at a Miami firm, interned with the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at Florida International University, and served as Comment and Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review. Allison was named a Florida Bar Foundation Public Service Fellow and later interned with both the Consumer Unit and with the HIV/AIDS Law Project affiliated with Legal Aid Services of Broward County.
