Jonathan Amar Completes Long Term Care Power Lawyers Program

August 25, 2017

Jonathan Amar, an associate in the firm’s Princeton office, has completed the inaugural Long Term Care Power Lawyers (LTC Power Lawyers) Program.

Designed by trial lawyers who have dedicated their careers to representing the long-term care industry, LTC Power Lawyers offers an intensive six-month program in which participants attend two in-person sessions and four webinars, all revolving around a hypothetical fact pattern. From opening statements to cross-examination, participants develop trial- and case-handling skills, and build relationships with other lawyers practicing in the industry.

Jon entered the program equipped with significant experience defending long-term care and post-acute facilities in professional and general liability matters in state, federal, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Jon also provides strategic day-to-day business and regulatory advice to health care clients to help foster risk management solutions to help avoid or mitigate future claims. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group, which brings together the diverse and extensive experience of our attorneys in various legal disciplines who focus on serving the health care industry and understand the intricate commercial, medical, and liability issues involved.
