Kevin Apollo’s focuses his practice on complex first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation. He advises clients on a wide range of first-party property coverage issues, including building claims and commercial and retail business income valuations. Kevin’s third-party practice includes matters involving primary, excess, and umbrella commercial general liability (CGL) and claims-made policies.
With extensive experience in both construction and environmental litigation, his coverage analysis includes damages resulting from product defect, construction defect, fire and global warming. He has also counseled clients on employer’s liability exclusions in CGL policies involving subcontractors at construction sites.
Kevin coordinates with experts across disciplines to assist clients with complex coverage and valuation issues and defends against emerging insurance claims asserted on behalf of policy holders. Developing creative and effective case strategy, he persuasively advocates for his clients’ positions.
