Leigh Trigilio advises and represents insurers on coverage matters involving commercial policies, including construction defect, surety, environmental, product liability and intellectual property claims. She also provides counsel concerning allocation disputes, underwriting issues, and claims handling issues.

Leigh has significant experience representing insurance companies in surety and construction law matters. In particular, she managed major construction defaults, including claims, coverage disputes, and litigation arising out of payment and performance bonds, as well as related collections and bankruptcy matters. She has also advised and represented carriers in professional liability, premises liability and product liability matters, as well as settlement and appeals.
