Timothy Gondek focuses his practice on defending professionals against claims of malpractice and negligence. His experience includes representing health care professionals, accountants, public adjusters, and attorneys. He recently achieved a favorable verdict as first chair in a jury trial and has obtained successful outcomes through dispositive motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and negotiation. He is also experienced in litigating product liability, trucking and shipping, premises liability, and other personal injury actions.

Timothy’s medical liability experience includes representing clients in dozens of malpractice cases, which he has handled from inception through resolution, including at trial. He has defended health care providers, including dentists and physicians, as well as health care collectives, nursing homes, and group homes. 

While obtaining his juris doctor at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Timothy was a member of the Moot Court Board, a tax law research assistant, and a participant in the University of Connecticut Legal Clinic. His honors include earning an Aspen Law & Business Award for Excellence in the Study of Trusts and Estates, as well as a Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Excellence Award in Constitutional Law.
