William Baaki focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, construction disputes, real property litigation, and general liability matters.

Bill is a versatile trial and appellate advocate whose wide range of experience includes representing small and large businesses, banks and lenders, property owners, homeowners associations, and municipalities in matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, business torts, construction defect and delay, mechanic's liens, premises liability, property damage claims, worksite injury litigation, and real property title claims and foreclosures.  In addition, Bill has experience litigating First Amendment, rights of conscience, free speech, and religious liberty matters at the trial and appellate levels.  Bill also dedicates a portion of his practice to serving as outside general counsel to not-for-profit organizations and small businesses whose business model does not support a full-time in-house counsel.

Bill was named to the 2014 and 2015 Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
