“Concussion Lawsuit Goes Front and Center,” Buffalo Law Journal

“The plight of NFL players suffering from concussion-related injuries has long been the subject of media coverage, scientific debate and fan interest,” writes Joseph M. Hanna, Chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Sports and Entertainment Practice Group. “Now, a massive class-action lawsuit that threatens the livelihood of the league itself has brought the topic to the forefront of national attention. Further, the lawsuit is not without local ties — of the 3,000-plus ex-player litigants, at least 80 are former Buffalo Bills.”
