In this article, Caroline and Angie examine explore the history of registered sex offenders in long-term care facilities, the current state of the law throughout the country as it pertains to registered sex offenders living in these facilities, and the unique challenges long-term care facilities and their legal providers encounter in managing registered sex offenders and others demonstrating propensities to commit sexual abuse that reside in these facilities.
