Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce the addition of associate David E. Rutkowski to the firm’s Toxic Torts Practice Group in Newark.

David focuses on defending clients against personal injury and wrongful death claims in mass tort, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. He is well-versed in key asbestos-litigation defenses and theories, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. He has participated in multiple multimillion-dollar asbestos trials and has successfully resolved high-value cases through extensive, complex settlement negotiations.

David graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 2010. While earning his J.D., he actively assisted a group of attorneys defending New York City and dozens of private contractors against thousands of toxic tort claims arising from the clean-up operation at the World Trade Center disaster site.
