Goldberg Segalla Expands in Philadelphia With Addition of Five Attorneys April 20, 2016
Goldberg Segalla, a rapidly expanding law firm with 19 offices across the United States and in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce the addition of five attorneys to its Philadelphia office: partner Asher Brooks Chancey and associates Andrew P. Carroll, Paul J. Nordeman, Alexander G. Osevala, and Stephen A. Sheinen. The attorneys broaden the firm’s capabilities across a range of practice areas, including product and premises liability, general liability, construction, transportation, and more.
Asher litigates matters on behalf of industrial manufacturers, commercial motor vehicle owners and operators, and ship owners, among others. He represents his clients in matters involving construction site accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, construction and design defects, water infiltration claims, subrogation defense, and general negligence.
With experience acting on behalf of insurers in coverage disputes, Andrew defends clients in tort, professional liability, and product liability actions throughout the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His trial experience includes representing mortgage lenders and servicers in courts of general equity.
Paul focuses his practice on defending commercial transportation and product liability claims involving severe personal injuries. He also handles medical malpractice cases, workers’ compensation matters, intellectual property, contract dispute, and other types of litigation.
Alexander defends commercial transportation claims and those involving premises liability. He also has extensive experience defending property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers against high-exposure claims.
A versatile litigator and trial lawyer who defends a wide range of claims for clients in a variety of industries, Stephen’s extensive background also includes complex commercial litigation. His wide-ranging experience includes more than a decade providing legal and business counsel to clients involved in the production and broadcast of television news.
