Asha V. Edwards has joined Goldberg Segalla’s Workers’ Compensation team in Garden City, where she will defend a broad range of workers’ compensation claims, the firm is pleased to announce. Asha comes aboard as an associate. 

Asha’s legal background includes intellectual property matters and insurance coverage litigation, and she has extensive experience reviewing coverage documents and preparing regulatory and compliance reports. In addition, she brings considerable trial experience to the firm, and has successfully tried cases involving compensability and insurance fraud. Asha has also prosecuted trademarks within the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is a 2010 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.
