Matthew D. Gumaer has joined Goldberg Segalla as a Business and Commercial partner in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Matt brings over two decades of business and commercial experience to the firm. He has represented a diverse group of clients including architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers, accountants and other professionals across a broad range of matters relating to practice and risk management, products liability, and professional liability. Matt is also a frequent speaker to architects and design professionals on risk management, including business and professional liability risks from a legal perspective.
