Goldberg Segalla is pleased to welcome Matthew S. Trokenheim to the firm’s Newark office, where he has joined its Business and Commercial and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Matt comes aboard as special counsel.

Matt is an experienced commercial litigator and trial lawyer who represents clients in disputes involving a wide range of industries and areas of the law, including antitrust, civil rights, constitutional law, finance, civil RICO claims, health care, real estate, and much more. He has also conducted international internal investigations for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and represents clients in regulatory inquiries by state and federal agencies.

In addition to being admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York, Matt is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
