Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Minning Yu and Hilary Dinkelspiel

Goldberg Segalla, an international law firm with 19 offices across the United States and in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce associates Minning Yu and Hilary A. Dinkelspiel have joined its Manhattan office as members of the firm’s General Liability and Employment and Labor Practice groups, respectively.

Hilary represents employers and management in a broad array of employment-related matters, and litigates disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, statutory violations, and wrongful termination, among others. She also helps clients mitigate potential employment issues by implementing best practices and crafting litigation avoidance strategies. Hilary is a Manhattan Board Member of Leading Women in Technology, a non-profit organization that promotes women in technology-based industries.

Minning represents a wide variety of corporate clients in matters involving product liability, negligence, employment and labor, and real estate, among others. She graduated in 2014 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review and a recipient of a merit scholarship. She also held a variety of clerkships and judicial internships and externships, including a year spent clerking for the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
