Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce the arrival of Nathan J. Milner as an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in Syracuse.

Nate has a strong background in defending diverse workers’ compensation claims. He regularly handles hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, drafts legal memoranda, and conducts depositions of medical and other experts. His background includes working as a supervising hearing attorney with the New York State’s Special Funds Conservation Committee, where he handled cases out of its Buffalo, Syracuse, and Albany offices. 

Nate graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he served as a teaching and research assistant in the Constitutional Law and Homeland Security Law departments. Before attending law school, Nate spent two years in Japan as an English teacher.
