Goldberg Segalla added Eric M. Kweon to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Orange County.

Eric is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney whose practice has been devoted to representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the California Workers’ Compensation Board and other venues. He has defended manufacturers, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, and major retailers concerning the full range of workplace accidents and occupational exposure claims, and has taken hundreds of cross-examinations of physicians as well as attended numerous mediations/arbitrations. In addition, Eric regularly lectures on a variety of workers’ compensation topics and case law updates including SB 863, utilization review and independent medical review, cross examination tactics, independent contractor case law, and issues regarding apportionment/permanent disability.

Eric earned his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
