Goldberg Segalla added Steven R. Ganfer to the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use and Real Estate Litigation and Title Disputes groups in Manhattan.

Steven has devoted his practice to complex commercial real estate law and a broad array of matters involving real estate for more than 40 years. Throughout his career, he has been engaged in every aspect of the acquisition, development, sale, and operation of real property. Steven has structured transactions and their component documents, including construction contracts, offering plans, and commercial leases. He is sought out for his novel approaches to structuring transactions with complex terms and involving complicated, even controversial, development projects.

In addition, Steven has extensive experience in counseling sponsors, cooperative and condominium boards, and tenant groups in the conversion process. He regularly counsels numerous cooperative and condominium boards on governance and business issues.

Steven earned his B.E.E. from the City College of the City University of New York and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
