Goldberg Segalla added Andrew Morrell to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Los Angeles.

Andrew focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, and general liability matters, with a focus on companies in the retail and hospitality industries. He is involved in all aspects of claims handling and litigation, preparing cases for filing, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participating in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Andrew’s background includes defending clients facing professional liability claims as well as general business litigation. He also draws on experience as underwriter counsel for a leading title insurance and financial services company.

Andrew earned his B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
