Goldberg Segalla added Rosa Fredes to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Rosa has dedicated 10 years of her practice to managing workers’ compensation matters, appearing regularly at New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Courts. She counsels and defends employers, insurers and third-party administrators facing complex workers’ compensation claims. Rosa handles all aspects of a claim, from referral through closure, including legal assessment, counseling clients, discovery, trial and appeal.

Rosa earned her B.A. from Seton Hall University and her J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
