Goldberg Segalla added Diana H. Goodwin to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Diana dedicates her practice to representing clients in worker’s compensation claims, counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. She handles every stage of the workers’ compensation process from inception through resolution, including developing legal strategy for discovery, investigation, conferences and trials; analyzing complex medical records and diagnostics; and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Diana also has experience negotiating favorable settlement agreements on behalf of her clients. She began her legal career in plaintiff-side civil litigation, primarily regarding land use, family law, and matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices act.

Diana earned her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
