Goldberg Segalla added Luis G. Sabillon to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in White Plains.

Luis dedicates his practice to insurance analysis and litigation in connection with a wide range of policies, including commercial general liability, professional liability, commercial automobile, owner-controlled wrap-up programs, and owners’ and contractors’ protective liability policies. He provides comprehensive analysis of policy forms and endorsements in order to render coverage opinions and develop position letters arising from construction and premises liability accidents, property damage, general liability, and professional liability matters. Luis regularly provides counsel to insurers on their coverage obligations and obtaining additional insured coverage on behalf of their insureds. He has litigated and achieved risk transfers resulting in millions of dollars in savings to clients. He also has experience handling cargo-related subrogation.

Luis earned his B.A. from Binghamton University and his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
