Peter J. Biging Hosts Third Episode of ‘The Precipice’ Podcast Series

Peter J. Biging, partner and co-chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Management and Professional Liability practice group, once again serves as host for the third episode of “The Precipice,” a podcast series presented by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).

The series highlights important topics in management and professional liability. Each episode features conversations with experts on the subject, including professional liability claims and underwriting executives, as well as ethicists and leading lawyers involved in the prosecution and defense of management and professional liability claims.

The guests for this episode include Megan Zurn, a claims manager for AXA XL’s commercial E&O team, Ryan Kelly, a claims team lead for Berkley Select, and Melissa Demmon, vice president, claims counsel, for SOMPO.

The group focuses on trends in lawyers professional liability, conversing about the biggest drivers of claims in the next three to five years, the impacts they believe these trends may have on the underwriting of these risks, as well as recommendations on how to mitigate these risks.
