Goldberg Segalla added Mindy C. Hsu to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County.

For more than 10 years, Mindy has focused her practice on workers’ compensation matters throughout southern California, primarily representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. She handles every aspect of the claims process, from developing case work-ups for exposure analysis and settlement considerations, to handling discovery, conferences and trials, conducting cross-examinations and depositions of medical experts, as well as settlement negotiations, hearings and appeals.

Mindy earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
