Brandon N. Newell focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil disputes, including contract liability, premises liability, and personal injury. Brandon is involved in all stages of the litigation process from  inception through resolution, including research, investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. His practice has included general liability, insurance defense, labor law, and commercial litigation.

After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Brandon was a senior law clerk with a New York law firm where he gained experience drafting merger and acquisition contracts, term sheets, letters of intent, financing agreements, and various SEC filings for publicly traded, start-up, and special purpose acquisition companies. Previously, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kathleen M. Williams in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
