Goldberg Segalla added Steven Evans to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice groups in Philadelphia.

Steven dedicates his practice to counseling and representing property owners, product manufacturers, distributors and others in toxic tort litigation and environmental disputes in state and federal courts. His background includes litigating multiple asbestos cases from inception to resolution, including winning summary judgment motions and securing dismissals for his clients. Steven also draws on experience defending clients in transportation and general liability matters.

Steven earned his B.S. from Liberty University and his J.D. from the Regent University School of Law.
