Goldberg Segalla added Samantha Graff to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Garden City.

Sam dedicates her practice to representing clients in workers’ compensation claims, counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. She handles every stage of the claims process from inception through resolution, including managing discovery, developing case assessments, drafting and arguing motions, conducting hearings, and negotiating settlements. Sam draws on experience gained in private practice handling family and criminal law matters. Before joining private practice, she served as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, providing holistic criminal representation to clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges.

Sam earned her B.A. at the University at Albany and her J.D. at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law.
