Marta R. Golani is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice on counseling and defending Fortune 500 companies, retailers, hotels, cruise lines, manufacturers, and insurance carriers in complex civil and commercial litigation disputes. She draws on more than 15 years of experience handling premises liability, product liability, personal injury, construction defects, consumer rights, contractual disputes, and insurance coverage matters in Florida’s state and federal courts. Marta’s practice has also included consumer finance, banking, and real estate disputes.

Prior to practicing law in the U.S., Marta studied at the University of Warsaw, Poland, where she earned a Master of Laws and studied European Union law at a program sponsored by Cambridge University.
