Goldberg Segalla added Trevor F. Gee to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Baltimore.

Trevor is an experienced civil litigator who focuses his practice on defending clients in the retail and hospitality industries against a range of civil claims including premises liability, product liability, personal injury, toxic tort, and contractual liability. From the inception of each case, Trevor helps his clients with a targeted investigation into the case’s key elements with the goal of developing effective trial strategies while minimizing client expenditures. He has defended Fortune 500 companies, major manufacturers, and has tried complex multimillion-dollar lawsuits to verdict in some of the most plaintiff-friendly trial venues in the nation, including the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans and the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Trevor is also called upon by clients to assist in rapid emergency response, many times going to an accident scene within hours of an occurrence.

In addition, Trevor’s practice has included representing commercial trucking companies, truck drivers, transportation network companies, construction companies, and insurance carriers in accident-related claims alleging personal injury, catastrophic loss, and property damage.

Trevor earned his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and his J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
