Goldberg Segalla added Anthony DiPerna to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Rochester.

Tony concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters, including alleged premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, and product liability matters. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Tony prosecuted violent felony offenses for the Special Investigations Bureau of the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, conducting 22 criminal jury trials. His law practice has also included defending physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, and institutions in civil litigation matters.

Tony earned his B.A. from St. John Fisher College and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
