Goldberg Segalla added Cody J. Shilling to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in West Palm Beach.

Cody focuses his practice on representing retail and hospitality companies engaged in commercial matters and complex civil disputes in federal court, state court, and arbitration. He collaborates closely with clients at all stages of litigation and draws on his commercial litigation background to provide representation tailored to each client’s needs. Cody’s experience representing businesses includes contractual disputes, business torts, construction, product liability, employment and labor, real estate, landlord-tenant, creditor/consumer rights, and trademark matters.

Cody earned his B.A. from Florida International University and his J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law.
