Goldberg Segalla added Delali H. Agblevor to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Philadelphia.
Delali maintains a focus on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil claims and disputes including premises liability, personal injury, product liability, negligent security, and professional liability. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process from discovery requests, dispositive motions and depositions to representing clients in arbitration and court proceedings. While in law school, Delali served as a law honors intern in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the Federal Aviation Administration Office of the Chief Counsel. She also gained experience as a law clerk handling chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, where she drafted first- and second-day, utilities and insurance motions, and resolved creditor inquiries by analyzing engagement and operating agreements and developing a succinct written answer.
Delali earned her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
