Goldberg Segalla added Jason R. Hepperly to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in West Palm Beach.

A skilled litigator, Jason focuses his practice on complex civil claims faced by regional and national retailers, owners and developers of shopping centers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, and fitness centers in state and federal courts. He regularly defends businesses and their insurers in premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, products liability, construction defect, and general liability matters. Jason takes a proactive and thorough approach to case development, claim evaluation and defense strategy, striving to reduce exposure and minimize risk for clients. In addition to litigation, Jason represents clients at mediations and arbitration hearings, and has successfully used his fact-intensive approach to resolve numerous cases.

Jason earned a B.S. from the University of Tampa, a J.D. from the University Miami School of Law, and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from the Vermont Law School.
