Goldberg Segalla added John M. Rott to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Baltimore.

John concentrates his practice on the unique legal needs of businesses in the retail and hospitality industries, providing counsel and representation in premises liability, corporate disputes, personal injury, product liability, complex litigation, and employment and labor matters. John manages all aspects of litigation, from developing defense strategy to large-scale discovery efforts, negotiating settlement agreements, handling mediation, and advocating for clients at trial. In addition to his litigation practice, John also provides contract and transactional support to local, regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, fitness centers, and other clients. John draws on more than four years of experience representing corporate and individual clients across multiple jurisdictions and a wide range of industries.

John earned his B.A. from Hofstra University and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
