Goldberg Segalla added Marlyne Zakher to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Miami.

Marlyne concentrates her practice on a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a focus on the retail and hospitality sectors. She serves as defense counsel to national manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and other matters. Marlyne is engaged in all stages of litigation from case strategy to settlement, including motions, depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial. Before going into private practice, she represented a leading national insurance company in personal injury protection cases.

While attending the Emory University School of Law, Marlyne gained valuable experience through multiple internships at law firms and government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

Marlyne earned her B.A. from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law.
