Goldberg Segalla added Marshall K. Pautsch to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County.
Marshall dedicates his practice to workers’ compensation law, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a range of workers’ compensation matters. He is involved in each stage of the claims process from the inception of a file through its resolution, including discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trials. Marshall draws on experience gained practicing contract law and civil litigation defense, where he represented clients in depositions, court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Before joining private practice, he served as a deputy public defender for the State of Hawaii, representing clients in criminal and civil court hearings.
Before practicing law, Marshall was a professional baseball player for the Gary Southshore Railcats.
Marshall earned his B.S. from California Lutheran University and his J.D. from the California Western School of Law.
