Goldberg Segalla added Marta R. Golani to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in West Palm Beach.

Marta is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice on counseling and defending Fortune 500 companies, retailers, hotels, cruise lines, manufacturers, and insurance carriers in complex civil and commercial litigation disputes. She draws on more than 15 years of experience handling premises liability, product liability, personal injury, construction defects, consumer rights, contractual disputes, and insurance coverage matters in Florida’s state and federal courts. Marta’s practice has also included consumer finance, banking, and real estate disputes.

Marta earned her Master of Laws at the University of Warsaw, Poland, and earned both an LL.M. and her J.D. at the University of Illinois College of Law.
