Goldberg Segalla added Nathalie Thomas-Padilla to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Manhattan.

Nathalie is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney who represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout the claims process. She handles each matter from inception through resolution, providing legal assessment and strategy, counseling clients, conducting discovery, and appearing at trials and appeals. In addition to obtaining favorable decisions at trial and appeal, Nathalie has successfully negotiated settlements on her clients’ behalf. Her legal practice has also included insurance defense, general negligence, and medical malpractice actions.

Nathalie earned her B.A. from Andrews University and her J.D. from the Ave Maria School of Law.
