Goldberg Segalla added Skyler R. Morgan to the firm’s Business and Commercial group in Philadelphia.

Skyler maintains a focus on complex commercial litigation and business disputes concerning clients in health care, manufacturing, banking and financial services, retail and hospitality, real estate, and construction, among others. She draws on experience representing the interests of hospitals and health care providers engaged in alleged medical malpractice matters, where she was engaged in all stages of litigation from initial client meetings through preparation for trial, mediation, and arbitration. Skyler’s background also includes contract drafting for small businesses while working as a legal intern for the Entrepreneur’s Assistance Clinic, bankruptcy proceedings and commercial litigation while working as a law clerk, as well as a judicial externship with the Hon. William Arbuckle for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Skyler earned a B.A. from Alabama State University, an M.A. from Mississippi State University, and her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University.
