In “The Top Sports & Betting Cases Of 2019,” Joe talks about former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s collusion grievance settlement with the league and the ongoing 2017 corruption probe that targeted Adidas executives, sports agents, and assistant coaches in the collegiate arena.

“This story is not going anywhere anytime soon,” Joe said. “It is very likely that we will see several carbon-copies of this headline for months, and possibly years, to come. From the outset, it was clear the corruption was deeper than just four NCAA assistant basketball coaches at Power Five conference schools. Every probe, investigation and inquiry is likely to result in additional suspensions, sanctions and possibly convictions. Foreseeably, the only way this scandal will resolve is after every possible avenue is thoroughly and completely investigated.”
