Alexandra Heinz focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She handles all stages of the claims process from inception through resolution. Clients today benefit from Lexi’s prior experience representing plaintiffs in workers’ compensation matters, where she litigated claims and negotiated settlements. In addition to workers’ compensation, Lexi also has experience with both federal and New York State labor and employment law.

While in law school, Lexi worked as a law clerk doing legal research, analysis, and writing to assist in litigation at Disability Rights Texas and, later, in a civil litigation law firm. She also gained experience as a student attorney for the U.B. Law School’s Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic, appearing before the court on a variety of family law matters.
