Experience
Aminata C. Kamara dedicates her practice to workers’ compensation defense. She represents insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution. In addition to her experience practicing workers’ compensation defense, Ami served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Diana L. Anhalt of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Trial Division, where she reviewed appellate briefs to ensure compliance with case law, researched and drafted direct and interlocutory appeal opinions, and attended trials and hearings as a liaison between judge, counsel, detectives, and courtroom staff. Ami also gained experience as a paralegal in the City of Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
