OSHA and Worksite Safety

With Goldberg Segalla as counsel, compliance with OSHA and other safety standards need not be difficult nor a hindrance to productivity. Our OSHA and Worksite Safety team can assist with:

If OSHA does show up at a site or facility for any reason (including, for example, in response to a serious accident or fatality, or an employee complaint), our team provides counsel on the entire process and its aftermath.
